🎯 Our Mission

Empowering local businesses.

We build the technology that allows independent businesses and franchises to compete on equal terms with giants, by taking full control of their online reputation.

Our Core Values

The principles that guide every line of code we write.

The Real Economy

Cutting-edge technology shouldn't be reserved for tech giants. We want to bring artificial intelligence to the heart of local businesses, where it creates true human and economic value.

Excellence & Authenticity

Automation should never show. Our AI writes tailored replies that pick up on what each customer wrote: a generic or templated reply puts off one consumer in two2.

Total Transparency

We reject opaque models and abusive commitments. Our pricing is clear, our subscriptions are contract-free, and you keep absolute control over every message published in your name.

It all started with a simple observation

A restaurant owner, a craftsman or a clinic manager puts all their energy into their core business. They have neither the time nor the wish to spend hours every week reading and answering every Google review, whether glowing or unfair. Yet their revenue depends on it: for an independent restaurant, one extra star on Yelp means 5 to 9% more revenue, while it makes no difference to a chain1.

Customers, for their part, expect a quick reply: 81% expect one within a week, and nearly one in five on the same day2. And Google takes the number of reviews and their rating into account in its local ranking3. Answering everything, well and fast, has become a mental load. We wanted an assistant that could automate this task without losing any of the personal touch.

"ReplyTop isn't just another tool. It's the digital partner that watches over your brand image 24/7, with the precision and tact of a true customer relationship manager."
