  • Service execution: Centralization of reviews, analysis, generation of proposals by artificial intelligence, and publication on connected listings.
  • Operational notifications: Sending alerts when reviews requiring your intervention are detected.
  • Administrative management: Billing, account monitoring, and customer support.

Compliance with third-party API requirements:
ReplyTop's use of information received from third-party APIs (including Google) strictly adheres to the limited use conditions imposed by those services. This data is used exclusively to provide the review management service, without any unauthorized sharing or sale to third parties.

ReplyTop implements technical and organizational measures compliant with industry standards to ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of your data.

Management and publication mandate

ReplyTop is a SaaS solution designed to centralize and generate responses to customer reviews. By connecting their business listings, the Client mandates ReplyTop to publish these responses on their behalf.

Strict isolation: Each Client's data is strictly isolated. No personal data is transferred, rented, or resold to third parties for commercial purposes.

05Retention Period

ReplyTop retains data for as long as the client account remains active.

In the event of account termination or closure, business data and review histories are deleted from our production systems within a maximum period of thirty (30) days.

Billing data is retained for the mandatory legal period (10 years) to satisfy accounting and tax obligations.

06Your GDPR Rights

In accordance with European regulations, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access: Obtain confirmation that data concerning you is processed and receive a copy thereof.
  • Right to rectification: Update and correct your information at any time from your account.
  • Right to erasure: Request the permanent deletion of your account and data.
